    I am trying to add images in Grid Row, columns and color section and they are showing up as blank white space. I added a log in for support in private area. Look specifically in /home and /packages.

    Hey jadkins77,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We didn’t find any grid row element in the home page, so we created a test page, added a grid row element and apply a background image to one of the cells and it seems to be working properly. Please check the private field.

    Thank you. I do see your photo in photo grid, but I’m not sure why I’m not seeing images that I’ve added in other elements. I am adding a media element into the block and then using a photo that is in already in my media gallery. I see it in my backend, but it is not showing on the page. I am trying in both chrome and firefox. See two pages that show this in hidden content. Thanks for your assistance!

    Please disable the image lazy loading and see if the issue persists.

    Hi,

    Thank you following up.

    The lazyload feature is option of the Smush plugin. The images started to display back after disabling the option.
