If I use a text block in the ALB and I start the content of the text block with the word “get” and the sentence is a paragraph (no heading or other tags), I get an infinite spinning circle in the ALB after pressing the page-update button.
January 7, 2020 at 3:58 pm #1171077Hey,
Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately and point out the page where you are having the issue?
I tried adding “Get” and “Get started!” in a text block but i could not reproduce the issue.Best regards,

I tested your shortcode in my local installation but it loads fine on my end – https://imgur.com/a/fCrU05J. I updated Enfold to the latest beta version just in case but that did not help either. Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well?
Best regards,

Thank you for the info.
Have you tried updating PHP from 7.2 to 7.3? It might help fix the issue. And please enable the debug mode so that we can check the error logs.

IsmaelJanuary 8, 2020 at 2:36 pm #1171454Hi, I’ve updated to PHP 7.3.13, but it didn’t help. Same problem still exists. I’ve also enabled debug mode. Hope you can find out what’s causing this.
