Hello,
i’ve done my own gif that I want to use as default preloader.I’ve addthe image as preloader directly from the general setting in theme option, and to hide the buffer under the image I’ve add this custom CSS in theme option > General Styling > Quick CSS
.av-siteloader { display: none; }
It doesn’t work, my gif image it’s seen as static image, with black background and without animation.
Any solution?

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

sure!
And while we’re here, can you please check the homepage code too? If I do a change into the gallery masonry and save the page, all blocks under this one disappear, seems deleted but I don’t know why.
Thanks a lotJanuary 8, 2020 at 7:10 pm #1171562Hi enricotaccone,
Please disable the SG optimizer and see if the issue persists.

no way, SG Optimizer removed and .gif preloader still not work. Can you check it again please?January 9, 2020 at 4:02 pm #1171843Hi!
I have used the full size version of your gif instead of resized version and it worked. Resized version of gif files are not animated in WP.
Please review your website.Regards,
