    Hi,
    I was consulting my hosting company to solve this by extending time, and php version with no luck.
    There isn’t any way to edit the menus. All other features are editable and responding normally.
    Is this a common issue?

    “Request Timeout
    This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.”

    Hey mooshonov,

    I’m not sure if it’s common or not, but it’s a server error none the less, so reaching out to your hosting provider would likely be the place to get this solved. It’s not a theme specific problem.
