    Several years ago I bought the enfold theme for my chorus. After a hack and putting back a backup our enfold theme seems to be gone and our website doesn’t work any more. We also worked with the child theme. I don’t remember my username and password so I can’t login to get a new download. What can I do next.

    Hey Petra Timmerman,

    Well, you can try to re-do all the settings in the theme options.

    If you need to update the theme, you will need to purchase another license or try to restore your ThemeForest account if you can find some access data.

    For technical support you will need to register here kriesi.at/support/register with your item purchase code .

    Then you can go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.

    Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.
