    Hi,

I am facing 2 issues that might be related between them:

    1. When i click on the search icon in the header i am getting the below error messages:

Warning: include(/home/netinfoweb/public_html/aglantzia/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/30122019/charmap.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/netinfoweb/public_html/aglantzia/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 469

Warning: include(/home/netinfoweb/public_html/aglantzia/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/30122019/charmap.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/netinfoweb/public_html/aglantzia/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 469

Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘/home/netinfoweb/public_html/aglantzia/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/30122019/charmap.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home/netinfoweb/public_html/aglantzia/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 469

    2. Under Theme Options -> Import/Export -> Iconfont Manager -> I see a package there called “Font: 0”. I am deleting it and clicking on save, but on page reload i see it again there. Perhaps this has something to do with point 1.

I am just letting you know that i am using PHP 7.0.

Should you need to deactivate or install any plugins (like WP File Manager for modifying/investigating any files), please feel free to do so.

Thank you so much in advance!

    Hey mike.rav,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I’m unable to login to your backend as the credentials do not work.

Yes, a plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Thanks for your cooperation :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

I can assure that the credentials that i provided work perfectly fine. I tested it myself.

Just make sure you do not get any spaces while copying the username and password.

I also removed the recaptcha and added a simpler captcha plugin.

You should now be able to login just fine.

I also tried deactivating all plugins, but apparently that did not fix the 2 problems. I can still see those warning messages when i click the search icon in header and i am not able to delete the package there called “Font: 0” under Iconfont Manager.

    Please kindly advise

    Thank you

    Hi,
Thanks for the login, typically the solution for this is to delete the fonts in the Iconfont Manager, but as you pointed out “Font: 0” returns on each page reload which is strange. Please try upgrading your PHP version to 7.2 or 7.3 and then try deleting it again. I don’t see a caching plugin on your site, is your web server caching? If so please try clearing it.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

I have the specific website on cloudflare. I purged the cache there before and after upgrading the PHP to 7.2 and 7.3

Nothing seemed to help. So, i kept PHP 7.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

Try to delete the font manually from the wp-content > uploads > avia_fonts folder. There should be a list of folders inside that directory.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

I am afraid there is nothing in that folder for that font. I can see just the other 2 files which correspond to the 2 fonts that work fine and can be deleted without any issue. Perhaps there is a way to delete the Font:0 from the database?

    Thanks again

Never mind. I sorted it by following the steps here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/font-manager-error/
