Hi,
I’m contacting you because I have purchased the enfold theme in the night (at 1:0 or 2:0 this friday 29 of november) and I thought there was no discount on the theme, as we were already friday, so I’ve paid the full price. But surprisingly I’ve see just now that the theme is available for 39$ only instead of the full 59$ as It was when I bought It. I’m a bit disappointed and I’m wondering if it’s possible to enjoy a reduction on this purchase or some assets for my next purchase on your platform. This will be so kind from you because if I had knew I would have wait few hours to buy it. Moreover I’m a freelance web developper and I frequently buy template from your company.

It was on the envato market but 1 month ago. I send them a request (envato market) but they’ve said to me to see directly with the Kriesi team. Everything is explained in my first message. It’s my last purchase on my account with the purchase code : 1f80e403-cc72-4ccd-80ae-fbbbde914a7b

As you may already know that sales are fully handled by Envato we only develop the product. If you purchased the item on sale you should get it for a discounted price offered at that time. I’m not sure why Envato would ask you to contact us as we do not have any control over the Envato sales. I’m assuming there was some misunderstanding.
