Hi,
I have a strange problem I don’t know how to fix. I have two administrator accounts. One administrator account is totally fine and the text editor on the back end looks completely normal. The other administrator’s text editor view says it’s powered by TINY. What is going on? Log in credentials listed in private content.
Thanks so much for your help!
Hi connect4consulting,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
After emptying the cache, Powered by tiny is removed and the toolbar now looks the same as the default.
Except for the Add Icon button which comes from WP SVG Icons plugin.
Best regards,
Nikko
Hi connect4consulting,
To be honest I’m not sure where it was coming from but I was guessing at first it was from a plugin but I could not find this plugin: https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/tinymce-advanced/
As for clearing the cache, when you login inside the WordPress Dashboard, you’ll Empty Cache just below the url, that’s the one I used.
If it re-appears in the future then you can try to flush out the cache, if that still doesn’t work then you can create a thread here :)
Best regards,
Nikko
