There is an error in the latest version in enfold 4.6.3.1 along with the latest version of WordPress 5.3.1
Icons that carry links that open in a new tab (such as social networks or the icons list).
You can see the example at http://www.aeuroweb.com/ in the upper left that are the social media iconsIt worked correctly until WordPress version 5.3.1
