I’m trying to get google maps to work as it seems to have stopped working after being fine for at least a year. Page is here – https://www.ruggedpointlodge.com/trip-info/#gettinghere I set up a brand new API and this didn’t work either. I tried toggling all plugins off, still no change. Ideas?
Hey Rob,
Sorry for the problem. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,

Hi,
Thanks for the login details. I see that you haven’t added an API key under Enfold->Google Services. Could you start off by doing that please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key/
Best regards,
Rikard
Re-added one, sorry about that.
Hi,
Thanks for that, this is the error message I’m seeing from Google Maps: https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable. Did you add billing details to the account which you created the key with? If not then please try doing so.
Best regards,
Rikard
Yes, billing has been added for the account.
Hi,
Thanks for the update. You need to add the API key to the Enter a valid Google Maps API Key to use all map related theme functions field under Enfold->Google Services. That field is empty on your installation.
Best regards,
Rikard
Yes, I didn’t leave it in there because it wasn’t working. I have now left it in the specified field. Thanks for your help.
Hi,
Thanks for that. The error message from Google Maps is now that you haven’t added billing to the account which you have created the key with, could you add that to see if it helps please? https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable?pli=1
Best regards,
Rikard
