Woocommere activation problem | Error 500

Hi,
I am a French user, sorry my English is not perfect ;)
I have the latest version of WordPress 5.3.1 and the version of my Enfold 4.6.3.1 theme.
I try to install Woocommerce many times on my website, but it doesn’t work. When I activate it, my site shows an Error 500, and I can no longer access the back…
I tried everything: updating my extensions, disabling all my plugins and one by one, the problem is still there.
If i uninstall woocommerce, everything is ok and the site works perfectly :)

Now I have received an email alert from wordpress at line 640 of themes / enfold / functions.php. See message below:
Une erreur de type E_COMPILE_ERROR a été causée dans la ligne 645 du fichier /homepages/28/d764798598/htdocs/clickandbuilds/Cabinetderflexologie/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php.
