    Hello support, I’m trying to edit my website and I’m using the latest version of the enfold theme.

    But it never open, the page builder keep loading forever. I need your assistance to solve this .

    I’ve tried deactivateallplugin to make it works but still the same.

    I need your assistance.

    Sorry about that. Please try again now I’ve reset it to the same login credentials. The home page and contact Page editors open, but others are not opening

    It works well on the home and contact Page. But other pages avia builder editor keep loading forever

    Hi,

    Thanks for the clarification. You are getting a 403 error on the file in private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see why the server is not allowing access to that file please?
