It is possible to change the pages from AVADA to ENFOLD easily and simply without using, copying and pasting.

No that is not possible, you would have to recreate them in the Enfold layout builder.

Another idea might be to switch from Avada to a Gutenberg theme so you don’t need a page builder at all.
You would just be using the WordPress default editor in this case.This would make theme changes much easier in the future, as Avada has its own layout builder and Enfold as well (makes it always difficult to change to another theme as you can see because the code from the page builder behind it is totally different).
