We recently updated Enfold in 1 of our sites and after that started to get emails from customer not being able to make an order in Woocommerce.
I will try to make this short..Site was working fine until we updated all our plugins and Enfold
We quickly come to the conclusion that the reason behind this is users with old cache. I can see the problem myself as I have not cleared cache in my mobile phone.
I have also come to the conclusion that the problem is specifically triggered/connected by the new version of Privacy and Cookies module in Enfold.
When having old browser cache and this function activated, clicking OK seems to not register. On every new page on the site the Privacy and cookies module re-appears.
It also breaks our payment gateway in Woocommerce. When someone with old browser cache put a product in cart and click to pay and move to our payment gateway, instead of loading our payment gateway it goes back to cart where it says the cart is empty! Its easy for us who work with the site to simply clear browser cache and the site is working. But all of our customers are having problems. Many of them probably dont even know how to clear browser cache.
Is there anyway to force all old users who visit our site to force a refresh of their browser cache? We had to turn off privacy and cookies in order for them to be able to make a purchase in woocommerce

Thank you for using Enfold.
Are you using js file compression? Try to disable it. With 4.6.4 we add a timestamp to the hash to force a new filename when saving theme options.
You can also try to change the theme version in enfold/style.css to a value like 4.6.3.1.1 (that will not get in conflict with our next update version numbers).
If you enable js compression with the new version number will also force a new hash for the filename.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
