    Hi there,
    I know this is a pre-sale contact form, but I need your help contacting support.

    I have a website that uses the Enfold theme, and I’d like to register in your support forum but I do not have the code of the theme you ask for registration.
    The theme was bought by the guy who built the website and he isn’t replying to my emails requesting the code.

    Can you please forward this message to support and see if they can help?

    Hey,

    I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a ThemeForest account which was used to purchase the theme.

    The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and Personal Token. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.

    If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a ThemeForest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
    However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.

    Last option would be to create a ThemeForest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.

    I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on ThemeForest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

    Hi Yigit,
    Thanks for your quick reply.
    In the WP’s Enfold Theme Options Page I can see an Envato private token and the username and address of the person who bought the theme. Is that enough to transfer the purchase?

    Hey Roberto,

    Honestly i am not sure if transferring license is possible therefore it would be better if you could contact Envato support regarding that. Forum accounts can only be created with a valid purchase code. Username and personal token is only for auto updates.

    In the meantime, please elaborate on the issue you are having. If it is something simple, we do not mind helping without logins :)

    Hi Yigit,
    Sorry I disappeared. I don’t really have an issue with the theme.

    I just wanted to know if there’s a way I can change the colors of the audio player in the theme. I know I can customize the background and the borders, but what I’d really like to change is the black color of the player itself see screenshot here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xl9sfdauyp6l8i9/audioplayer.jpg?dl=0

    Also is there a way to remove the apostrophes in the text field.

    Hi Roberto,

    1- Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling and adjust as necessary

    div .mejs-container {
    background: orange;
}

    2- That is default WordPress media player behaviour and WordPress core file is located in /wp-includes/media.php but we would not recommend you to edit it :)
