    Dear Kriesi Support,
    I use the Enfold theme since several years and I like it very much. Now I create a new website on a different domain and want to move permanently to this new site, when its finished. Everything works properly, except one thing: the Enfold audio player… I did everything exactly like on the old page, the editor page looks exactly the same, but there is no audio player visable on the website, only a yellow stripe.
    I checked the theme settings of the old page and the new one – the same.
    Where is the mistake??

    this is really spooky… It’s not working on my computer / mobile phone. There are two pics (private content) old site/new site after clearing the cache…
    I don’t know, what to do…

    Could you please replace /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file with – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_6_3/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js in Appearance > Editor? Please make sure to disable “Javascript file merging and compression” in Enfold theme options > Performance, save, flush cache and enable it once again.

    If you would like us to do it for you, please post temporary admin logins here privately.

    Fix will be included in upcoming version :)
