    Sorry if there is an answer for this, I cannot find it. I’ve just updated to 4.5 from a fairly old version and I’m running WP5.3
    I uploaded the lastest theme via FTP and overwrote the main Enfold folder.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /home/duncanegaunt/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:16) in /home/duncanegaunt/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 8

    Site is down, please advise asap.

    Hey andyd69,

    Sorry for the problem, could you try to delete the theme from the server, then upload the new version to see if that helps please? You are getting that error since the file in question has moved to a different location.

    Thanks, seems to have worked, though the logo has disappeared.

    Could you have another look please. There are lots of images not showing throughout the site.

    Hi Andy,

    Thanks for the update, I tried logging into WordPress but the details you posted don’t seem to work. Please check and verify.

    Also, how exactly did you update the theme? If you overwrote it using FTP then there might be a duplicate function and that would explain your error message. If possible then try to completely delete the old theme, then upload it again, or upload the new version in a separate folder then rename it once it’s uploaded.
