change serverpath after moving to new server (done by hoster)

Hi,
after moving my webspace to a new server, done by my hoster I have several problems like this:

The serverpath has changed. How to fix this?
This site is part of a wordpress-multisite.
I tried to to this change the path in myphp-admin, but it didn’t work, so I went back to my sitebackup.
