Hallo zusammen,
Hallo Fabian,
Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can have a closer look? Would you be able to downgrade the PHP version to 7.2 to see if that is the problem? Also, did you try disabling all plugins? If you can’t access the backend then you can rename the plugin folder via FTP, that will disable all plugins.
LG,
Rikard
Hi,
Thanks for the update. We could like to have a look at the backend, if that is even possible? Are you able to login to WordPress? If so then please post login details in private. If not then I think it might be a good idea if you rolled back the site using a backup, if you have one in place.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Fabian,
Thanks for that, but the login URL returns a 500 internal server error so I’m unable to login to WordPress. Do you have backups of the site? In that case then I would recommend that you restore the site using a backup.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
Please do so we can be sure if this will help or not.
