    I want a refund!! It is impossible to get a hold of anyone on your team. I assume this is on purpose. I do not need support – I only wanted to upgrade my theme. I did not know I would have to continually pay for the theme.

    You just achieved the impossible, you have a hold of us.

    I did not know I would have to continually pay for the theme.

    You don’t, a theme license is valid for life. Where exactly did you buy the theme? The only official outlet we sell our theme on is Themeforest/Envato. If you want a refund then you would have to reach out to them as they handle all sales related matters for us.
