    Hello,

    There have been a few threads on this and I’ve seen the code for functions.php, however – I’d like to know if it’s possible to set different subject line for different uses of the form?

    Eg: on the CONTACT PAGE the form submission should come through as subject line: New contact request from {name}; and on ANOTHER PAGE the form used there should say New product enquiry.

    Hey page52,

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :) Or you can look for a plugin that allows for such adjustments built-in.
