How do I fix that?
Thank you

How can we test this? Do we have to fill all those form fields? :P
Best regards,
BasilisNovember 18, 2019 at 11:41 pm #1157978when people are filling this out for my service on their phones
for some reason I’m not getting it in my inbox and then they have to start all over again which is embarrassing
could you please try and fill it out (just just a letter in each field) on a phone and share what you are noticing on your end?
thank you for support in responding
November 24, 2019 at 3:27 am #1159539Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, I tried your form on my Android phone but it didn’t send but unfortunately I was not able to capture any error codes, so I tried again on my desktop emulating a mobile device, but then it worked.Best regards,
MikeNovember 25, 2019 at 1:48 am #1159739Hi Mike
Does that mean if someone uses their phone to fill out the form it will work now?
November 25, 2019 at 12:03 pm #1159805Hi,
Unfortunately, I didn’t find this to be true. Please try removing all required field checks from your form, so that all fields could be empty to see if that will allow it to be sent via the phone.
If so, then try adding the basic “not empty” check back to a few at a time, perhaps the error occurs after “X” number of fields, or it’s some kind of phone memory limit, I’m not sure, but your form is very large.Best regards,

Ok i’ll try that
“your form is very large”
I see what you are sayingI need clients to answer these questions so is there a way to condense the data there?

November 26, 2019 at 1:55 pm #1160326Hi,
Perhaps a better solution would be to use a plugin that would save your intake form to the WordPress backend instead of emailing it, it would probably be easier to read also, I tried searching for you but there are many results so it’s hard to tell which one would be best for you.
Please try search terms like:
wordpress intake form plugin
wordpress question form plugin
wordpress interview plugin
etcBest regards,
MikeDecember 2, 2019 at 11:58 pm #1162033Is there a way to upload my own form pdf created from Adobe InDesign to put in the place of this form?
December 3, 2019 at 6:56 pm #1162320Hi,
Please see this post, I don’t have InDesign so I can’t test.
But the idea is to use an iFrame to show the document.
Here is another article, and a video tutorial.Best regards,

I have just resolved the issue by creating a downloadable custom form in Adobe In Design and was able to further customize my preferences
