    Hey guys… our site is quite ready for the launch… But one thing does not work.
    Within the ColorSection we want a background video. But nothing happens in the front end – all the parameter should be correctly within the backend.
    What can we do?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    User have to consent to the cookies first and reload the page before they will be able to play the video. If you want to immediately enable the video on page load, set the Privacy & Cookies > Default Cookie Behaviour to the first option so that the required cookie is stored on page load. You can also enable the Show advanced options and set the “Auto Reload Page” to the second option so that the page auto reloads once the user accepted the cookies.
