Anchor link to another page loads then automatically scroll to the top

Hi,

I’m expereiceing an odd issue.

When I’m on

https://ripemetrics.com/

and click a link from the menu to the about page, for example

https://ripemetrics.com/about/#why-cannabis

, the anchor link loads correctly, then scrolls to the top of the page.

Any ideas what might be causing this?
