    Hello,
    I have the child theme of enfold installed for my website.
    Is it therefore safe to make a theme update – as if won’t change my child theme settings?

    No settings should change when updating, but please have backups of your settings and site in case something should go wrong.

    I recently updated to WordPress 5.3 and eg. the section layout of all color sections changed from huge inside distance to standard.
    That was weird…
