Target Blank removed via javascript

I am using the av_button and assigning the target to be “_blank” but the javascript on the page is removing the target=”_blank” from the link.

When I “view source” the target=”_blank” is on the link.

When I use Chrome’s inspector, the target=”_blank” is NOT on the link.

When I click the button it does NOT open in a new window.

I’ve tried:
– Icon / No Icon
– The URL I want and https://www.google.com
– Different button sizes

Nothing works.
