Hi,
I use Gravity forms on my site. No issues in general.
I have just noticed that my forms are not showing on mobile devices, none of them on any page, but they do show on desktop.
First suspected was my cache plugin so spoke to them and followed their suggestions, no fix.
Deactivated the plugin entirely and still no fix.
Therefore I am not 100% sure it is the plugin’s fault and perhaps more a theme issue. Is anyone able to take a quick look and advise here, please?
Cheers.
November 12, 2019 at 6:27 am #1155832Hey WordPressed,
Thanks for the login details, I can’t reproduce the problem on my end when using Chrome on Android though. I checked the form on the front page and it’s displaying fine. How can we reproduce the problem you are having?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 12, 2019 at 9:43 am #1155930I don’t understand. I’ve just checked again on my phone on Chrome, Opera Touch and Safari and then I checked on my wife’s phone on Safari and chrome and in all cases none of the forms are showing on mobile. We both have the iPhone XS.
In fact I’ve discovered a new problem whereby the site on chrome browser on mobile is also not displaying the correct front.
The easiest page to check is the enquiry page.
On both mobiles and three different browsers there is definitely a problem with the form showing up.
November 12, 2019 at 8:44 pm #1156136Hi WordPressed,
The form is not loading in Safari on a Mac too. This is a part of the larger issue that should be fixed in the new update.
Best regards,
VictoriaNovember 13, 2019 at 9:56 am #1156328Hi Victoria,
Is this a theme issue then?
Forms not loading is major, major problem. My customers cannot enquire! This is really bad!
What would be an instant fix solution, please?

November 16, 2019 at 11:23 am #1157427I can only assume I’m being ignored here. Very shocked and disappointed in the Enfold support team.

See above. The fact this is a top level, major business impacting issue that is being ignored is enough to confirm I’ll be seeking a new theme asap.
November 18, 2019 at 10:48 pm #1157967Hi,
When you reply over the ticket again and again, especially with 1h difference, the result is that we are not able to help because the ticket goes down to the line.
Best regards,
BasilisNovember 18, 2019 at 11:45 pm #1157979Get a better system then. And fancy making your awful support my fault. How unprofessional.
You’ve still failed to answer with anything remotely useful, form still won’t load and I’m losing business.
I could not be more disappointed and angry at this experience if I tried.
Our businesses rely upon working with good providers and this issue is the single biggest show-stopping issue I’ve ever faced.
And you ignored me.
Thanks very much indeed.
November 24, 2019 at 12:05 pm #1159573Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, it seems that this may be only occurring on iPhones? I only have a Android and you forms are working for me, I also see that @Rikard had the same experience.
I researched Gravity form issues in our GitHub, and only found one issue from 2018 that was due to an old Enfold version, in wich updating solved, yet I see that you are up-to-date.
I do notice that you are minifying the javascript with the Enfold Theme Options > Performance > JS & CSS file merging and compression, and again with WP Rocket, I have seen double minifying cause issues in the past. Please try disabling all caching and minifying as a test and clear your iPhone cache.
If this doesn’t help try disabling your other plugins, sometimes it’s the least expected plugin that causes the conflict.
Thank you for your patience.Best regards,
MikeNovember 24, 2019 at 4:28 pm #1159606All caching deactivated.
All browser caches cleared.
No fix.December 2, 2019 at 1:57 am #1161705Hi,
Thanks, since I’m not able to reproduce this with my Android phone, I’ve requested help from a team member with an iPhone.
Thanks again for your patience.Best regards,
MikeDecember 3, 2019 at 3:40 pm #1162237Hey,
I replaced /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file with this one – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_6_3/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js and now Gravity Forms are showing up.
We have fixed this issue and it will be included in Enfold 4.6.4. Please review your website :)
