    After i have been reported of this issue, it looks like on mobile devices iOS, when you add a product to the cart, if you then click on the cart icon on the top right corner nothing happens. The click is received and the page shows loading but then it will stay on the page. Basically it’s impossible to checkout on iOS!
    tested devices include iPad, iPhone 8 and 6 (if i remember correctly).
    On android and pc it works
    how to fix this?

    Hello, tested on iPhone 6 and 8 and recent tablet, brosers both chrome and safari.
    Seem to be a iOs bug

    HELLO VICTORIA.
    I CANT RECORD AS I DONT HAVE IOS BUT ANDROID.
    WHAT HAPPENED ON IPHONE 6,8, iPad, multiple browser, is that after you add an item to the cart, and you click on the top right icon to proceed to checkout, the page loads but stays on the same page without goin to checkout page.

    Ok i just seen your screenshot, let me ask again if mom and sis see it, i disabled a plugin which could conflit and asked and they said it wouldnt still work, ill ask again.
    Lets see if its fixed or on some devices it works and some doesnt

    We are sorry for the late reply!

    There was a JS error in Safari. I replaced /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file with this one – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_6_3/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js and now it should be working fine. Could you please flush browser cache and check once again? :)

    We have fixed this issue and it will be included in Enfold 4.6.4.
