    Hallo,

    ich habe vor einigen Jahren über eine Werbeagentur, die meine Website betreut hat das Enfold Theme gekauft. Mittlerweile verwalte ich meine Website selbst und habe nun kleinere Probleme die ich gerne über euer Support Forum klären möchte. Dazu muss ich mich allerdings mit dem Purchase Code registrieren. Dieser liegt mir aber nicht vor. Können Sie mir einen Purchase Code zukommen lassen bzw. mich anderweitig freischalten?

    Hallo Jan,

    The purchase code is the only way in which we can check that you own a license, could you ask the agency who bought the theme for the purchase code maybe? If you manage the site then I would suggest that you try to transfer the license from your agency to your personal account so that you have access to it.
