Our Google Analytics analysis on “404 Errors” is reporting 10 pages ending /data:image/gif .
Involved are always the same 10 pages I include in the private section. We have changed the robots.txt to
Disallow: /*/data
so crawlers don`t crawl it.
But I would like to understand the root cause to fix it once and forever.
Hey envatouser2019,
Sorry for the problem, but the theme doesn’t add anything like that to your site. Maybe it’s a plugin you have installed which is causing that to happen?
Best regards,
Rikard
Thanks for checking. Seems the workaround is working. So all good for now.
