Is there a way to code a menu link to a particular place on a website page?

For example, I want to let users on my https://bladeelectionresults.com site click on the menu and it will take them to the Lucas County Races or the Wood County Races. This is especially helpful for mobile devices, so users can select Lucas County Races or Wood County Races from the menu.

I prefer to use the menus, rather than speed/anchor link method. However, I will still need to know who to add anchor code.

    Any suggestions would be helpful.
    Thanks,

    Hey Kurt,

    Jordan:

I opened an empty page (slugged Anchors) and followed the steps in the documentation you sent me.

The problem is there is no anchor link attached to Lucas County Races and no anchor link to Wood County Races.

The menu is not needed for the desktop version of the website, but it is necessary for the mobile edition.

Obviously, I have done something wrong. Seeking your guidance, please.
    Thanks,
