Hi – I was unable to update via the auto update feature in the Theme Update page. Therefore, I manually installed the latest Enfold zip file (which I understand in 4.6.3.1) in my download page – the theme did get updated but only to 4.5.7 – and the Theme Update page still shows that I need to update.
What could be the problem and how could I update to the newest version?November 1, 2019 at 2:27 pm #1153050Hey Ryuichiro,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having? You can always download the latest version of the theme from your Themeforest account if you want to update manually.

You can create a new user and use a personal email or (Email address hidden if logged out) , just remember to post the login details in this thread in private so that it’s available to all moderators.
If you want us to update for you then we need FTP login details along with a verification that you have backups of the site as well.

Thanks for that. I’m not sure it’s the problem on your site but you need to upgrade the version of PHP on your server, read more here: https://wordpress.org/support/update-php/. I would suggest that you do that first before we investigate why the update is not going through.

Thanks for that. I had a look at your FTP and it looks like you have installed the latest version of the theme in the WordPress installation which is in the root of the directory, but that doesn’t seem to be the installation which your site is using. If you try to install the theme in the installation under public_html then I think everything should work out fine.

That was easy.
Thank you very much for your support!
