theme not responding

Hi

I purchased this theme last week and am having a lot of trouble with it

i downloaded the enfold band demo and customized it, and then it just disappeared and became a generic version. now it wont let me change any of the font or link colors. I’ve gone into general styling and changed the color theme and edited the colors and saved it but it just wont change on my site.

You guys make it so hard to get in touch, so disappointing and frustrating to buy a product and not be able to get support when it doesn’t work properly.
