    Hello there,

    I have the following question:

    I setup a new website, and I use The full width easy slider. The slider is working on the page, but the images are not showing. I have a white space. This is also when I use the normal easy slider, or Layerslider WP.

    I use Php 7.3 and the newest update of enfold. I tried to disable al plugins but no results. I don’t have any cache plugin active.

    What can be the problem? This is a new problem I never earlier see.

    Hi Victoria,

    I already tried this. I don’t use any custom css at this moment. So I think the Delete old CSS/JS function is not the problem I think.

    Hi GrafitecSon,

    If you are using a child theme and you have the header.php file in your child theme you need to update it with the fresh version.

    I’ve updated the whole theme, nothing results. So what can be the problem?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the details, I can’t see any reason why this is happening unfortunately. Could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them please?

    I tried to deactivate all the plugins before but that’s not the problem. I don’t understand this.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Did you use any plugins which would modify your images or something similar? I’m asking since the image in the slider is webp format and the theme doesn’t support that by default. There’s also markup added to the image which is not coming from the theme. See first file in private.

    Also, your CSS looks strange too, likely for the same reason. Please see second file in private. The bits where it says pagespeed etc is not coming from the theme. Something else must have modified that.
