I’m using WordPress 5.4.2 and Enfold 4.6.3.1 with Enfold Child theme and PHP 7.3.1
I upgraded to Enfold 4.6.3.1 a week ago now and didn’t seem to be any problems.
As of a few days ago I’ve got no images appearing on the single product pages on Chrome, IE, Firefox or Safari on mobile, laptop or tablet.
I can’t find any other threads with this problem. Example can be found here:

Please can you offer some suggestions to fix. Causing loss of sales.
    Thanks,
    Kesdeg

I’ve just gone through and made all plugins inactive, then added them back one by one. It appears that my plugin WP Rich Snippets is suddenly causing a conflict. I don’t know if this is with your latest update or the WP update. Any further advice would be really welcome as this is a plugin I rely on.
    Thanks,

    Hi,

Thanks for the update, I can’t see any missing images on my end using Chrome though. How can we reproduce the problem you are having?

    Best regards,

Hi Rikard, Thanks for the response. I’d actually left the Plugin deactivated as Sundays is popular sale day for my website and didn’t want it to be down.

I’ve just re-actived the Plugin and you should be able to see the issue now.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update, I see the missing images on my end too. I’m not sure what the problem could be, although I do see some error messages related to jQuery in the console. Could you try using an alternative plugin or try reaching out to the plugins developers to see if they have a solution maybe?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

I’ve contacted the plugin devs and waiting a response. Just wondered if any others had had an issue. Can’t figure out if it’s the Enfold update or WordPress update that’s caused the issue.

    Cheers,

    Hi,

I haven’t heard of any other users having problems with the same plugin, but let’s keep this thread open and wait for the plugin developers to get back to you. Let us know if you should need any further help from us.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
