requesting password reset, email not sent

Hi,
I need to ask questions on enfold theme we purchased recently, but I am not able to login as I was never sent a password from your support site.

We have purchased 1 year of support along with the theme license.

Please advise how to get support. The email I have registered is as as the email address attached to this contact form.
