The hero image on my site paints twice. It is a color section with headlines. It first appears at one height and the words appear. It then the background resizes and the words vanish and re-appear. On slow connections, this takes a long time. This seems to be a new bug. Can you advise?

I wanted to let you know that I found a workaround for this application. But, the bug is still in the software.
The problem occurs when you define a minimum height. It seems to paint the page at the size of the image. Then, it resets and paints again at the new size. This creates the fading and the problem.
My workaround was to define a larger buffer and to add whitespace. It is not the ideal solution and looks funny on some devices. But, it does work.Thank you
