    I updated the theme and I lost all the customisations.
    I have a backup, can you update the theme for me through ftp please as you suggested?

    Hi,
    thanks for the update.
    I have the following bugs: text with animations are disappearing some time, even though I reload the page.
    All the animations have problems, the first time you can see correctly, if you visit the page the second time there are no more animations and some text disappears at all.
    These are the pain points:
    – text in the slide at the top of the homepage. It appears for less than a second and then it’s gone
    – I can’t see in the section below this, all the text on the left side, ‘Welcome at Sparkylab’..
    – https://sparkylab.co.uk/about I can’t see the animation here for ‘our specialisation’ and also ‘core services’ toggle menu, has some colors I don’t know how to change. There is no blu in my palette, I have never set it up and it’s there!

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, I took a look at your site and found you were getting javascript errors because of your SG Optimizer plugin, I disabled the typical settings that cause issues and now your site is loading correctly, please clear your browser cache and check.
    Here are the settings that typically cause issues:
    Lazy Load Images
    Load Render-blocking JavaScript Files Asynchronously
    Minify JavaScript Files (if they have already been minified)

    You can turn these back on one at a time a clear your cache each time to narrow down the culprit further.
