    Is it by any chance possible to turn an image into an instant download link inside a gallery i.e. by adding a short code inside the custom link box?

    Hey MJ_Michaelsen,

    You can link an image element, but it won’t support shortcodes a link unfortunately.

    Thanks for your reply – might be a suggestion for a future update?

    Anyways :) I’m trying to build a user-friendly Imagebank with features like “seach” and “download” the content of our media library.
    Perhaps you have an idea/suggestion on how this can be done using your theme or with the use of a great plugin?

    Hi Michael,

    I can’t give you any recommendations for that unfortunately, there is nothing like that in the theme by default and I’m not aware of any plugins which would add such functionality for you.
