    I want to add costum css or an ID for my textblcok, but the tab is empty …
    empty developer tab

    Any idea what to to?

    There are no errors in the console in the Advanced Layout Builder.

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
