Hallo liebes Support Team,

Could you please post in English, so it is easier for us to review?
Best regards,

in the previous treads I could not found a solution for my problem.
I have integrated a “normal enfold contact form” on my page http://www.malinakorbach.com . I also receive messages and inquiries from customers, but unfortunately the e-mail address of some of my customers is often not displayed and the sender says (Email address hidden if logged out) . If I send myself a message from different accounts, the e-mail address is displayed.
I really don´t know what the problem is and urgently need support, because I cannot contact my customers in this way.
And they did not know about it and think I don´t want to answer them.What could be the reason? And is there a possibility to “track down” the adress of the senders afterwards?
Best regards,

Thank you for the update.
Do you remember adding any modifications or snippets in the functions.php file related to the contact form? The value of the from address might have been set via filter. If not, then you can try to set the value of the contact form’s Email field as the Reply-to address by adding the following filter in the functions.php file.
function avf_form_mail_header_mod( $header, $post, $params ) { $header .= 'Reply-To: ' . $post['3_1'] . '\r\n'; return $header; } add_filter( 'avf_form_mail_header', 'avf_form_mail_header_mod', 10, 3 );
Let us know how it went.
Best regards,
Ismael -
