    Hi everyone
    I want an unsticky header.
    Previously the ‘sticky header’ box in enfold header settings was ticked.
    I unticked it, cleared cache, and remains sticky on screens up to around 1000pixels.

    The enfold setting stays that the header remains sticky on mobiles.
    This is where the confusion starts
    I have 3 different enfold websites and the headers are NOT sticky even on iphone/ipad.

    Anyhow, as a last resort I tried https://kriesi.at/support/topic/unstick-the-header-on-mobile-devices/
    But this CSS did not help

    To conclude, the website header is not behaving right.

    Your advice is much appreciated.

    I’m even wondering if a developer has the past put some code in but I can’t find it anywhere.

    Hey Richard,

    So you didn’t remove any CSS? That is likely needed. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi,

    I don’t think that any CSS has been removed.

    The other enfold sites work fine on iphone / ipad but the headers all ‘stick’

    Actually I’ve noticed a stack of other CSS in the customizer …. a lesson to people who ask a developed to do something and not know how they did it .
    Is any customizer css added but the enfold theme?

    The ‘optimize’ area under wordpress .. appearance … ‘additional CSS’

    (1) When loading a new clean enfold installation, is this area usually empty?

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for the update. The theme doesn’t add any CSS to that area no, and I don’t think any other plugin or theme developer would do that either. That area is for users to add their custom CSS.
