Sticky Avia Layout Architekt ALB Elements?

I have this issue since months or years: isn’t it possible to make the Avia layout and content elements sticky at the top?? With a longer page i have to scroll up every time if i want to insert a new element … yes, i know, i can click on this element – but this will set the new element at the bottom of the page. if i want to insert in the middle of the page this wont work.
same with the textblock: if i habe long text in my text all box options and the tiny toolbar wil scroll out of the view …
is there no way to keep them sticky or fix it on the top of the page/layer ?
