October 11, 2019 at 12:04 pm #1147094Hi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Did you set the Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > Default Cookie Behaviour to the first option? The option will enable all cookies by default, and thus enable the services such as google analytics. You have to set it to the third option (User must accept and must opt in, only essential cookies selected). Make sure that the theme is upgraded to v4.6.3.1.
Best regards,

October 11, 2019 at 12:28 pm #1147101Hi Ismael,
my problem is that I can’t DISABLE google analytics. Yes I have the 4.6.3.1 version.
It’s better I give you an Admin and you can see my options an my site? Thanks for your help.
October 11, 2019 at 1:22 pm #1147116Hi Ismael,
my problem is exactly the same as Katja’s.
The first option means, that all cookies are on firts load the page are accepted. That’s not allowed!!
The right option is the third option in wich should google analytics be disable too.
But Analytics still work WITHOUT cookie permission.
What can we do?Best regards

The analytics cannot legally work without permission, that’s why you need to set it up correctly.

October 15, 2019 at 9:26 am #1148004Hi,
@dnauck: Did you set the “Default Cookie Behaviour” to the third option as suggested above? Please open a new thread/ticket and post the necessary details in the private field so that we can check the issue. We’ll continue there.Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 15, 2019 at 5:50 pm #1148155Same issue for me.
Third option selected. But _ga cookie is still dropped. In addition the enable/disable for GA doesn’t work i.e. it is disabled- user cannot toggle this.
October 17, 2019 at 2:18 am #1148741Hi,
