Hello,
I have an enfold based website with a background video in header.
It is locally added.
The video is showing fine on larger screens, however if I decrease my browser screen size at some point black borders appear above and under the video.
The smaller the screen gets, the bigger those borders.
How to prevent such from happening?
Example attached in private area.
Hey badoes,
Thank you for the inquiry.
You can set the “Video Size” settings to the second option to stretch the video and fill the whole slider without the borders. This option might zoom in the video a bit and hide some of its edges to keep its aspect ratio.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your reply.
However this is a background video used in a color element.
I see no second option.
Check page in private area.
Hi,
However this is a background video used in a color element.
Sorry about that. I don’t know why I checked the video element. Anyway, you have to use a video with an aspect ratio of 16:9 and without borders. The current video doesn’t meet those requirements (see private field).
Best regards,
Ismael
Thanks will work this further out.
Hi badoes,

If you need further assistance please let us know.
