    Dear Support Team!
In picture 1 you can see the homepage of my website with the correct font (HelveticaNeue)! If I look at the website on another PC (with a smaller view) or on my smartphone then you see the wrong font (Helvetica) as in picture 2! Why is that?

    I’ll show you here:

    Hey Christina,

I see the bolder type consistently throughout your site. Did you make sure to check the theme options to make sure that it’s not what you have actually selected to display? If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello! :)
That would be great if you could take a look!

    Hi,

Thanks for that, though I’m getting a 403 error on the login page:

    Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-login.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Are you blocking certain country IPs maybe? If so then could you lift that restriction or let us know which countries are allowed to access the login page?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Yes, the problem is known to me, but unfortunately I do not know how to fix it. If it helps, I will ask my web hosting provider!

I’m from Austria, so an Austrian or German IP address would have to work.

    Best regards,
    Christina

    The login should work now.
    Could you please try again?

    Hi Christina,

It looks fine on my end in Chrome and Safari on my end.

Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

No, unfortunately, the problem persists. “Printgtafik & Mediendesign Christina Hausgnost” is correct.
But the text after that should be everywhere like Picture 1:

    Hi Christina,

Yes, I see the issue, thank you for clarifying. Looks like Helvetica Neue is not loading on my end at all, but I see no errors that can be pointing to the issue.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

Thank you for your answer. I have not installed many plugins yet. I have deactivated all and unfortunately the problem persists …

I wanted to ask again if they can help me, because I have not found the problem yet …
Maybe it helps if I describe what I did to change the font and maybe where is the mistake?
    – I changed the font in the “General Styling” under “Fonts”.
    – and I changed the style for <body> in “Advanced Styling”.

The funny thing is that the correct font is displayed on my notebook and on my desktop PC, but on my second notebook (which has a smaller screen resolution) and on my phone the wrong font is displayed. Maybe it is also due to the display settings? Unfortunately, I do not know enough about that now … Hope you can help me!

    Hi,

Maybe it is also due to the display settings?

Yes, it is possible. On Windows, there is a test called “Cleartype” where you can calibrate the text display in your machine, It’s possible that the current text configuration of your second notebook is different from the rest.

    // https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/typography/cleartype/

The font looks fine on Chrome Windows 10 — screen resolution is 1920x1080px. Please check the screenshot below.
