    Hi,
    i purchased the enfold theme through another service provider, therefore probably is no possibility to login in the support forum with my email adress.
    my purchase id is 80f8d4e3-a03b-44c4-ae38-b134f3f1bff9
    my email address is (Email address hidden if logged out)

    i moved the theme with wordpress plugin Duplicator, but the theme doesn’t work properly, i get error messages in the page editor like:

    Go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.

    Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.

    thank you for your answer. I would like to open a ticket but unfortunately it is not possible to login with my purchase code as mentioned above.
    What can i do?

    ERROR: THIS USERNAME IS ALREADY REGISTERED. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE.

    But password reset does not work.

    There is no user registered with that email address.

    When I try to register your purchase code it doesn’t give me an error, we can register for you if you let us know which email to use?

    i Always get the error “Username is already in use”
