Hi,
we have an error loading the Google map on a site.
We use the same key as for many of our other sites without any restrictions.
The Google API key does have a billing account.
We have the following message API ERROR: InvalidKeyMapError on page in private informationjs?v=3.27&callback=aviaOnGoogleMapsLoaded&key=undefined:62 Google Maps JavaScript API error: InvalidKeyMapError
Thx for your help

You need to check the Google docs, the error text is from them and they give you the link to the docs. We cannot help you with this issue.

VictoriaOctober 6, 2019 at 8:14 pm #1145492Where you see error code?
When i put api key in “Geben Sie einen gültigen Google Maps API Schlüssel benutzen um alle Karten Funktionen nutzen zu können”
than i got only:
Mit diesem API-Schlüssel konnte keine Verbindung zu Google Maps hergestellt werden.
Troubleshooting:
Check if you typed the key correctly.
If you use the restriction setting on Google try to remove that, wait a few minutes for google to apply your changes and then check again if the key works here. If it does, you probably have a syntax error in your referrer url
If none of this helps: deactivate all plugins and then check if the API works by using the button above. If thats the case then one of your plugins is interfering.i tried 2 or 3 api keys, one with billing account one without (should not matter or?) and.. i dont understand where my failure is. It is normal easy: developer google -> create projekt -> create api key -> copy key ->… but no and no nice errorcodde. Any idea?
4.6.3.1

October 9, 2019 at 12:23 pm #1146490update, i think i know “my” problem:
i thought i did billing, because i pay for adwords with the same googleaccount. But i checked and saw that i need a additional paying account in or for google maps. But there is a problem for me: i dont have a creditcard (yeah), in google adwords it is no problem, i use my bankaccount and everything works, but for google maps you need a creditcard, do you have a hint/tipp for me, what i should do? (except get a creditcard) :)
Thank you

Well, we cannot help you with that. You can write to Google support and ask how to act in such a situation.

VictoriaOctober 17, 2019 at 4:34 pm #1148973Hi victoria,
thank you for your answer far above.
The problem seems yet to come from enfold. With a v4.1.2 theme the Google map works well. With an updated theme in V4.6.3.1 the map no longer works.
We still have the same API key?The key is good with a billing account and has no restriction.
Thx for your help

October 18, 2019 at 10:55 am #1149217Hello again,
I discovered that there was a “google_maps.php” in the shortcode of my child theme.
I deleted it thinking to solve the problem but the card still does not display.
I have a white space (see url in the private data) and the error message below in the JS console:
nonymous) @ mcafee_wa_content.js:23 shortcodes.js?ver=2:509 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read property 'marker' of undefined at $.AviaMapsAPI._applyMap (shortcodes.js?ver=2:509) at HTMLBodyElement.d (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2) at HTMLBodyElement.dispatch (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3) at HTMLBodyElement.r.handle (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3) at Object.trigger (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3) at HTMLBodyElement.<anonymous> (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3) at Function.each (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2) at n.fn.init.each (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2) at n.fn.init.trigger (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3) at window.aviaOnGoogleMapsLoaded (shortcodes.js?ver=2:757) _applyMap @ shortcodes.js?ver=2:509 d @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2 dispatch @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3 r.handle @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3 trigger @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3 (anonymous) @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3 each @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2 each @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2 trigger @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3 window.aviaOnGoogleMapsLoaded @ shortcodes.js?ver=2:757 (anonymous) @ js?v=3.27&callback=a…PmSO5voMHl0vo48:138 (anonymous) @ js?v=3.27&callback=a…PmSO5voMHl0vo48:138 Promise.then (async) Vi @ js?v=3.27&callback=a…PmSO5voMHl0vo48:138 google.maps.Load @ js?v=3.27&callback=a…FPmSO5voMHl0vo48:21 (anonymous) @ js?v=3.27&callback=a…PmSO5voMHl0vo48:229 (anonymous) @ js?v=3.27&callback=a…PmSO5voMHl0vo48:229

October 21, 2019 at 6:49 pm #1149933Hi,
We solved the problem that was on our side. We overloaded a js file in our child theme that was problematic with the latest version of the theme.
