    I cannot figure out the hex field that directly affects the drop down active selection highlight color. Please advise where this is in the theme customization dashboard.

    This can be done via css. Please provide a link to the site/page in question so we can look into this issue further.

    I gave you a link to a pic. How does that not serve the same purpose?
    Also why is that something that is not controlled in the customization of the theme where all other colors, fonts and treatments are?
