    Hi there,

    I try and the general styling section to change the fond and colors in the logo area but nothing carries over to the website, even after I refresh cache. I have also tried using the advanced styling to see if that could work but alas, nothing again. I have disabled some plugins etc.. but can’t seem to find the reason it wouldn’t update.

    Hey a00109943,

    Are you running any custom css. If you are and it’s not written correctly then it could cause the site to not accept styling.

    Hi there, no, no custom CSS. I’ve cleared cache, removed all advanced stylings, etc..

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Did you select to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance before check the results? If not then please try to do so. If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
